At Play with ASL, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data in compliance with Google Play policies and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

You have two options:

1. Delete your account and all associated data

2. Delete specific data categories while keeping your account active

What will be deleted:

• Your profile information (name, email, username)

• All learning progress and achievements

• Saved preferences and settings

• Any content you've created

• Device information and app usage data

• Authentication credentials

What will be retained:

• Anonymized analytics data (cannot identify you personally)

• Legal and accounting records as required by law

Timeline: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.

⚠️ Important: This action cannot be undone. You will lose all your progress and achievements.

📊 Delete Specific Data Only

Choose which data categories to delete while keeping your account active. Your account will remain active, and you can continue using the app after your selected data is deleted.

📅 How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Choose Your Option

Select whether you want to delete your entire account or only specific data.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Provide your email address and account information for verification.

Step 3: Verify Your Request

Check your email for a verification link. Click the link to confirm your request.

Step 4: Confirmation

You'll receive an initial confirmation within 48 hours acknowledging your request.

Step 5: Processing

Your data will be processed for deletion within 30 days.

Step 6: Final Confirmation

You'll receive a final email confirming your data has been deleted.

Total Timeline: 2-30 days from request to completion.
