When to join

Wednesday, October 21, from 3:00 to 3:50 p.m. ET.

Jon will be with Jon Mosholder, owner and CEO of Bumbleberry Farms; Tiffany Ruffa, founder of HRBloom Co. and Deaf HR Professionals; and Melody Stein, co-founder and CEO of pi00a.

The four of them will talk about why they started, what has worked, and what has been hard.

Another breakout runs at that same hour: “A Different Path Forward: From Business Idea to Self-Employment.” On the agenda, select Deaf Owned Business Panel Discussion.

Why this panel

Jon is a fourth-generation Deaf entrepreneur. He founded Play With ASL in 2024 so people could practice American Sign Language by playing. The games are Memory Match, TILT!, and Multiple Choice, for schools, families, and independent learners. The games are practice alongside a class curriculum.
